YOUR ROLE :
As Collections Manager, your main responsibilities will be to :
- Communicate with customers regarding the collection of accounts (transmission of account statements and reminder letters, negotiation of settlements, etc.);
- Coordinate solutions to billing disputes related to accounts receivable (e.g., negotiating proposals for overdue payments);
- Manage, analyze and maintain accounts receivable;
- Produce various billing-related reports for professionals;
- All other related billing and collection tasks.
