I am looking for a Bookkeeping Supervisor for my client, an accounting firm located on the island of Montreal. This is a full-time, permanent position. The firm has about fifteen employees and offers innovative, tech-driven accounting services to its clients. Therefore, if you are interested in accounting and software, this firm will stand out.

Your tasks will include :

• Acting as the main contact and understanding the challenges / objectives of entrepreneurs
• Managing bookkeeping for French and English-speaking clients
• Preparing GST / QST returns
• Filing personal and corporate tax returns
• Supervising three bookkeeping technicians
• 2 years of experience in bookkeeping
• Experience in corporate and personal tax returns
• Experience in an accounting firm is mandatory
• Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in QuickBooks software is a plus
