Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers in the agricultural sector. Understand customers' needs, offer appropriate products and solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales & Product Promotion : Promote and sell a wide range of agricultural products, equipment, and services offered by the company. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Market Research & Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities in the agricultural industry. Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to drive business growth and expansion.
- Product Knowledge & Education : Stay informed about the latest advancements, features, and benefits of the company's agricultural products and services. Educate customers about product features, applications, and best practices to enhance their understanding and usage.
- Customer Consultation & Support : Offer consultative support to customers, understanding their unique requirements and recommending suitable solutions. Provide technical assistance, product demonstrations, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and product success.
