Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Lead to guide our teams in the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of DevOps practices and solutions. In this role, you will take ownership of our CI / CD pipelines, automation processes, and cloud infrastructure, while leading a cross-functional team of engineers to ensure best practices are followed across development, operations, and business teams. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on leader who drives technical excellence, promotes collaboration, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of DevOps strategies focused on CI / CD pipelines, automation, and cloud infrastructure to ensure the efficient and reliable delivery of software. Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including automation, continuous integration / delivery, and collaboration between development and operations teams.
• Oversee and manage the implementation of DevOps tools like GitLab, Run Deck, and others for continuous integration and delivery.
• Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring high availability, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to code integration, application deployment, and system scalability.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and improvement across the DevOps team, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance in cloud infrastructure and CI / CD processes by adhering to best practices in automation, cloud security, and DevOps methodologies.
