Duties & Responsibilities
As a Senior Beverage Manager you will be responsible for the following :
Drive beverage efforts by Brand Concept working collaboratively with Concept Leader, Operations and MarketingOrganize and conduct business reviews / ideation sessions with beverage vendor baseEffectively communicate new programs to marketing, culinary and operations teamsManage potential new local vendor partnerships to ensure optimum relationships exist to support innovation, supply, pricing and programs in accordance with company objectivesIdentify, compile, and analyze insights and pricing from competitive beverage programs quarterlyAccess new beverage offerings and product proposals from vendor partners and present insights back to teamInputting new and editing current recipesCommunicate new and obsolete ingredients to Purchasing, IT and OperationsFacilitate beverage activation process including system updates, pricing and recipe adherence across all SIR conceptsDrive training and develop education programs for operations teamsAssist with training and development of Bar ManagersAssist and execute new in restaurant activations across multiple SIR conceptsProvide and update bar bibles for all locationsAbility to strategically work with multiple support departmentsBeverage Cost Key Accountabilities :Qualifications
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in comparable industryUniversity degree in Business Administration or other related field preferredStrong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel and Powerpoint in particular)Strong knowledge and experience in restaurant operations is preferredStrong knowledge of industry trends and beverage innovationComfortable working in a fast paced and deadlines oriented environmentExcellent negotiation and analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills with strong attention to detailMaintain the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and self-motivateCommitment, teamwork and winning mindset – strong collaborative capabilitiesStrategic thinker, successful in developing and implementing continuous improvement initiativesMust be willing to travel to restaurants up to 25% of the timePossess five values that define our people :Hospitality.
