Summer Student- System Support Analyst

Our System Support team keeps Innovation running smoothly by ensuring staff have the technology, tools, and support they need to serve our members. As a summer student, you'll contribute to real IT operations, strengthen your troubleshooting and analytical skills, and work with a collaborative tech‑forward team dedicated to continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Provide first‑level technical support to Innovation employees, resolving issues related to hardware, software, digital tools, and system access.
- Troubleshoot and escalate IT service requests through our ticketing system, ensuring timely follow‑up and excellent internal customer service.
- Assist with device setup, configuration, deployment, and maintenance—including laptops, monitors, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees by preparing equipment and ensuring system access is configured correctly.
- Help maintain asset and inventory records for IT equipment and accessories.
- Contribute to documentation updates, knowledge‑base content, and process improvements.
- Participate in system testing, quality checks, and technology rollouts to support organizational initiatives.
- Assist with routine monitoring of system performance, reporting concerns to the System Support team.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for automation, workflow enhancements, and improved user experience.

Minimum 1‑year full‑time attendance at a high school or post‑secondary institution and returning to an applicable education program on a full‑time basis for the Fall 2026 school term.Working toward an education program applicable to our organization such as Commerce, Business, Agribusiness, Finance, IT, HR, Marketing, Engineering, etc.A people‑person with excellent communication skills.Someone who values Accountability, Integrity, and Respect.Detail‑oriented and risk‑aware, contributing to the safeguarding of our company’s assets and reputation.Proficient in digital literacy, including (but not limited to) critical thinking, problem solving, and navigation using digital solutions.Comfortable using a variety of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Teams, Viva, Power Automate, Power BI).Possession of a valid driver’s license is required.About Us
