Under the general supervision of Pharmacy Manager, ClinicalPharmacist Specialist (CPS) will be committed to
quality improvement processes, mentorship, education and performcritical decision making regarding medication
management. In addition, the pharmacist is actively involved oninterprofessional teams to provide exceptional care
to patients
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS :
- Doctor of Pharmacy or
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with Accredited CanadianPharmacy Residency (ACPR) or
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with 2 years of relevant acutecare hospital pharmacist experience
- Must be Registered Pharmacist Part A with Ontario College ofPharmacists

- Demonstrated good work performance and attendance record

Previous oncology pharmacist experience.
Salary Range : $65.300 to 69.150
