Do you enjoy working with commercial leases and want to continue your education in this area? Our client, a major player in the commercial real estate industry, is currently seeking a bilingual legal advisor specialized in negotiating / drafting real estate documents to join its team.

- YOUR ROLE : -Negotiate and draft commercial leases and various commercial agreements, including with high profile commercial tenants;
- Act as a resource person for all matters related to commercial leases; -Collaborate with various stakeholders in the real estate sector to successfully complete various innovative projects;
- Maintain excellent customer service, both internally and externally. SKILLS REQUIRED : The desired candidate must : -Be a member of the Quebec Bar or the Chambre des Notaires;
- Have a minimum of two (2) years of tangible experience in legal mandates related to commercial leasing; -Meticulousness, attention to detail and strong writing skills (both in French and English) are also required for this position.
