Senior Java Software Engineer

Responsibilities : Strong technical background, experience with Software Development Lifecycle and experience managing stakeholders in a global and dynamic environment.

Experience designing and developing cloud native applications with a microservices architecture running on Docker / OpenShift / Kubernetes platform5+ years of experience developing web applications in JavaScript, Angular, HTML and CSSExperience working with MQ, Tibco, Apache Kafka or Solace messaging software and any RDBMSExperience in API development & application security best practices (Oauth, TLS, PKI etc.

Experience working in an Agile / Scrum work environment and mentoring / coaching junior developersProactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professional who can hit the ground runningDemonstrated technical leadership skills with a passion to explore emerging technologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to innovate and a can-do attitudeQuick learner with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, adapt to changing requirements and deal with ambiguity without impacting delivery.

Experience in the financial services domain, preferably in Trade Processing or Middle Office applications.Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Information TechnologyRequirements : 10+ years of strong hands on core java knowledge with multi-threading, concurrency, collections etc.

Smart and flexible to work on a critical applicationExperience of Agile development and scrumsStrong knowledge on Core Java(preferred version 8), Spring(Core, MVC, JDBC), Hibernate / JDBC / JPA / ORM, JSON, Oracle.
