Job description$17.50 to $25 per hour, paid biweekly. Bonuses and raises based on performance + tips from clients Autonomous working environment Additionally we offer ongoing training and development opportunities to turn you into a pro by the end of the summer! Lead and supervise a crew of technicians and skilled laborers in completing various home service projects in a timely and efficient manner Communicate project plans and expectations to crew members and ensure all tasks are completed according to company standards Train and mentor crew members to improve their skills and ensure quality work Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all company safety procedures Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner to address any concerns or questions High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Being coachable & open to constructive feedback to improve performance Access to a vehicle & valid drivers license

As a Crew lead, you will be responsible for leading a crew of painters and skilled laborers to complete home service projects. This is a full-time, hourly position where you will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our company.
