You are an experienced Senior Program Manager who can drive thought leadership and execution.

You have a demonstrable track-record for managing strategically important programs and initiatives from start-to-finish, including managing budgets, creating requirements, working with our implementation partners, ensuring successful UAT, and launch communications.

The Martech and Platform team, as part of TELUS Consumer Solutions Campaign Management, is responsible for transforming the marketing technology (martech) stacks used for marketing and campaigns.

Together we can evolve our technology to enable real-time and orchestrated omni-channel communications to ensure that our customers receive the most relevant messaging to them, which will also drive the desired business outcomes.

What you’ll do

• You will be working on high priority projects / programs of significant size and scope that focus on building and enabling foundational marketing technology capabilities that will be the evolution of personalized communications at TELUS. You will :
• Plan and manage strategic projects and / or programs from original concept to final implementation, while driving improvements and efficiencies
• Defining program scope, deliverables, and high-quality project plans, consistently adhering to predefined quality measurements to meet business objectives
• Collaborating effectively and efficiently across multiple disciplines and organizational boundaries
• Identifying and securing project / program resources (funding, resources, skills, etc)
• Managing and resolving project / program issues and risks
• Delivering impactful, concise, and effective communications and presentations to all levels of the business both internally and externally

• Proven track record in leading data platform projects
• Ready to work in new and challenging work environments

• Envisioning and delivering future technical roadmaps while inspiring others along the way

Skills :

• Program Management - 5 years of experience managing complex programs with cross-functional stakeholder groups
• Change Management - Strong track record of driving change and unlocking business outcomes
• Risk Management - Strong problem solving skills to clear roadblocks and resolve issues. Embrace agile thinking and ways of working to be flexible and adaptable
• Stakeholder Management - Experienced at navigating through all levels of the organization, driving powerful outcomes with ability to communicate and advocate strategies to senior leaders
• Business Enablement - Comfortable leading cross functional project teams in a continuously changing, dynamic and fun environment and to ensure all required teams are engaged and ready for the capability launch.
• Financial Management - Very solid understanding of TELUS business casing and benefits activation methodologies

Great-to-haves

• Professional designation in Project Management (PMP)
• Familiarity with the structure of TELUS products and services
• Proven knowledge and understanding of telecom industry
• Post-secondary degree in business, computer science, or information technology
