Account Manager

Paymath is actively seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team based in Montreal, QC.

Responsibilities
- Manage and support a robust sales portfolio
- Onboard clients and provide comprehensive support
- Nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and continued support
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the payment industry and our offerings
- Create and optimise sales operational processes for client onboarding and support
- Continuously improve internal processes and structures
What you have to offer
- Fluency in both French and English
- Strong customer support skills with excellent organisational capabilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales and / or support experience in Finance or Tech (preferred)
- University degree in a relevant field or a diploma in Business, Tech, or related disciplines

- Total remuneration up to $75,000, including a base salary and bonus that’s aligned with your experience
