Loan Officer

Description：

This is a full-time position. Working Hours : Monday-Friday 9 : 00AM-5 : 00PM (one-hour lunch break). We are seeking an experience positive, detail oriented and self-motivated team player.

Key Duties & Responsibilities：

• Conduct Loan Credit Analysis / Research
• Prepare loan applications and process all appropriate documents
• Monitor and administer loan portfolios and update account records
• Administer and maintain loan and security files; ensure all required documents are in place in the files
• Ensure loans are approved and maintained in compliance with the bank’s policy and procedures, as well as operate compliance with laws and regulations
• Maintain and monitor client business relationship
• Remain appraised of local economic conditions
• Other administrative work and reports on loans
