The Tele-Contact District Sales Representative (Contract) reports into our Eastern Business Center and is a revenue generating sales position responsible for a district of Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep
Responsibilities of the position will include :
- Forecast retail sales objectives by vehicle line to ensure dealer orders to meet market demand
- Manage monthly allocation schedules to ensure maximum production capability within the district
- Identify top minimum sales responsibility (MSR) loss dealers and identify opportunity areas; Review dealer financial statements regarding working capital, net worth, total cash and expenses to determine the dealer's ability to operate properly and promote retail
- Act as the liaison between the manufacturer and retailer, where it will counsel the latter in the management of inventory, promotional activities and participation in various programs;
ensuring proper levels of Sales Satisfaction are achieved at dealerships while constructively identifying areas for improvement
- Motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance consistent with marketing plans, merchandising, financial statement review, and new product launch training
- Work with dealer on current programs in sales & aftersales, customer service and service lane to ensure benefit of customer and dealer from the purchase process to vehicle sundown
- Maximize district service and parts sales, revenue, customer service, and the development of strategies supporting established targets established in their area of responsibility
- Support dealers with special accessory promotions, warranty claims assistance, and service contact penetration
- Work with independent repair facilities, wholesale distributors to grow dealer wholesale business
- Challenge status-quo, discover and champion best practice benchmarking, process improvement
- Develop and raise the technical expertise and competency in the dealership
