Who we need

Right now we are adding a Warehouse Associate to our team in Terrace. In this role, you will act as the gatekeeper for all our inventory and physical assets stored in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage and packing as it enters or exits the dock. Every mobility device is customized for our clients. As a result, we rely on our warehouse workers to take ownership and play an integral role in keeping our operations running smoothly. We need a detail oriented and eager to learn team player who shares our passion for enriching the lives of the clients we work with.

What you will do

As our new Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving of goods and mobility equipment, communicating with internal teams and vendors, and maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment. You will :

• Use our shipping software Navision.
• Create shipping orders and labels.
• Pack custom orders, pulling inventory from shelves, cross-docking of orders from other locations, ensuring courier pick up.
• Receive goods from suppliers or vendors, verifying the delivery was correct and undamaged.
• Reach out to vendors to discuss any issues with the quality of items received and organize a replacement.
• Tag, price, store, and organize all mobility devices, parts, and tools within the warehouse.
• Assist with building and cleaning mobility devices such as wheelchairs, elevating equipment, and power scooters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the shipping and receiving of all inventory is meticulously coordinated and accurate.
• Participate in cycle counting.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized.
