Salary Range : $56.44 – $64.86 per visit.

What You Will Do
Assessment and implementation of SLP interventions (e.g., swallowing assessments, dysphagia management, communication, etc.) in a home‑based settingUse of a collaborative and interdisciplinary team‑based approach to care and servicesSupport a holistic and restorative approach to care (e.g., enhanced stroke pathway; cognitive communication supports, etc.)Leverage our digital health platforms to support care delivery, collaboration, documentation, and interventionWhat You Will Need To Be Successful
You are registered as a member in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of OntarioValid driver's license and vehicle insuranceFocus on embracing person and family‑centered careComfortable delivering care both in person and using virtual methods / technologyPassionate, empathetic, use good judgement and apply critical thinking when making client decisionsExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team as well as work independentlyFlexible and have demonstrated skills in critical thinking that you can apply to a variety of situationsValue the role a therapist plays in keeping clients at home, where they want to beRecruitment Technology Disclosure : We use technology and automation to support administrative aspects of our recruitment process.
