The Role
As a Construction Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and precision of our projects. You will be responsible for conducting surveys, measurements, and analysis of construction sites to provide data essential for the planning and execution of our projects. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic to contribute to our team\'s success.

Ensure the Project meets all technical and quality requirements of the contract documentsMonitor construction activities to ensure compliance with the Bronte standards, design procedures, and contract specificationsResponsible for maintaining daily records and accounting for changes, extras, additional workResponsible for the efficient progress of the work and untimely job site accountability for each project, including budget controls, ensuring Bronte meets intended construction schedules / target dates, job site efficiencies, coordination with Project Management and Supervision, tracking and identifying items of extra work / changes, review job cost to ensure compliance with estimate, final clean up and turnoverPerform necessary layout of underground, civil structures, environmental and marine worksCalibrate GPS / total station to control pointsConduct grade checks as neededPrepare CAD files and 3D models to facilitate construction layoutComplete quantity take-offs as requiredManage and update construction drawings and specifications, including as-builtsSupport Project management to administer schedulesParticipate in Project meetings with internal and external partiesSupport Project management in budgeting, cost control and billing activitiesAssist with additional Project-related works, if requiredEffectively written and oral communication with clients and project representativesRequirements
