FuzeHR is urgently seeking a Service Administrator in Langley, BC! Are you a passionate, high-energy service / admin professional comfortable working in an industrial / blue-collar industry? APPLY TODAY!!

The Service Administrator will play a key role in coordinating service requests, managing customer inquiries, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include supporting both service & parts departments, processing paperwork, processing payments and billing, and serving as a point of contact between clients and service / parts teams.

What are the Responsibilities?

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints.

Schedule service appointments and coordinate with service teams to ensure timely completion of work orders.

Process and maintain paperwork, including work orders, invoices, and billing records.

Perform general office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and data entry.

Manage schedules / coordinate meetings.

Process payments and complete financial transactions.

Assist with light bookkeeping and generate billing for completed services.

Help with purchase orders and logistics for parts and supplies.

What are the Requirements?

Service Admin / Service Coordinator experience within a relevant industry (industrial, heavy equipment, mechanical / electrical / HVAC contracting, or similar ideal)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities

Must be computer savvy

Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities, willingness to help out where needed
