FuzeHR is urgently seeking a Service Administrator in Langley, BC! Are you a passionate, high-energy service / admin professional comfortable working in an industrial / blue-collar industry? APPLY TODAY!!

The Service Administrator will play a key role in coordinating service requests, managing customer inquiries, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include supporting both service & parts departments, processing paperwork, processing payments and billing, and serving as a point of contact between clients and service / parts teams.

What are the Responsibilities?

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with service teams to ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Process and maintain paperwork, including work orders, invoices, and billing records.
  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and data entry.
  • Manage schedules / coordinate meetings.
  • Process payments and complete financial transactions.
  • Assist with light bookkeeping and generate billing for completed services.
  • Help with purchase orders and logistics for parts and supplies.

    • What are the Requirements?

  • Service Admin / Service Coordinator experience within a relevant industry (industrial, heavy equipment, mechanical / electrical / HVAC contracting, or similar ideal)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
  • Must be computer savvy
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities, willingness to help out where needed
