Franchise Recruitment Specialist
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
- A desire to play a key role in shaping the growth of a young, dynamic company;
- 2+ years of proven success working in a relationship-based sales environment;
- A post-secondary degree, preferably in a business or communications related discipline;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and nurture strong, trusting relationships;
- Exemplify a high degree of care, compassion, and integrity, along with the ability to appreciate others’ perspectives;
- Thrives in high-pressure environments with excellent critical thinking skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills while balancing multiple evolving priorities;
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills;
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, ability to work well autonomously and within a multi-disciplined team;
- Demonstrate a keen desire and ability to continually learn and develop new skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment prioritizing time-sensitive tasks
- Hunger and passion to achieve the growth targets with proven results in achieving KPI
- Experience working with franchisees or within franchise environment is an asset
