The Ideal Candidate :
- 10+ years of proven success in a B2B sales leadership role within the custom fabrication, retail service industry (retail display, signage, museum exhibits, or tradeshow sectors, retail services, experience managing a team that sells services vs products a plus ).
- Demonstrated experience in building and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales process design.
- A passion for collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and creating change- implementing new processes and tools and working in an environment prior to it having those processes, systems and tools in place.
