Join an established and growing company in Toronto as the Director of Sales and play a pivotal role in building a robust sales engine for our custom fabrication business in retail displays, museum exhibits, and tradeshows.

This role offers the chance to develop a talented team, implement best practices, and ensure seamless client experiences through efficient sales processes and tools.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive sustainable sales

growth.

Evaluate and implement best-in-class sales tools and technology to optimize efficiency and

performance.

Stay ahead of the market curve by identifying and recommending innovative sales

approaches.

The Ideal Candidate :

  • 10+ years of proven success in a B2B sales leadership role within the custom fabrication, retail service industry (retail display, signage, museum exhibits, or tradeshow sectors, retail services, experience managing a team that sells services vs products a plus ).
  • Demonstrated experience in building and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales process design.
  • A passion for collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and creating change- implementing new processes and tools and working in an environment prior to it having those processes, systems and tools in place.
