We are looking for a Business Analyst to work with one of our clients based in Montreal.
MISSION AND OBJECTIVES :
Primary tasks related to the Business Analyst role include but are not limited to :
- Gather user requirements, specify the solutions to be implemented, coordinate the execution of test cases, contribute to execution, when necessary, support change management by training users when required, and ensure that all developers clearly understand the business needs / requirements.
- Act as an expert within the Prime Brokerage group and specify business requirements, and requests / projects to the development team.
- Develop change management plans of varying scope and type; lead or participate in various change management activities, including readiness assessment, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation, and sustaining initiatives.
Position Description :
You will start your day with your teammates in a Scrum meeting where you'll share your upcoming challenges. Then, you will tackle priority tasks with your team and the project manager.
Business Analysts are always at the heart of every project, so you will frequently participate in peer reviews, user analysis, and demonstrations.
