Job Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and personable individual to join our team as a part-time Door-to-Door Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in residential neighborhoods, promoting and selling our products / services directly.
This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, are persuasive, and are comfortable working in outdoor environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Generation : Engage with potential customers through direct door-to-door interaction to sell our products or services.
- Product Knowledge : Clearly explain the features, benefits, and pricing of products / services to potential customers.
- Lead Generation : Identify potential new leads, collect contact information, and follow up with interested prospects.
- Customer Relationship Building : Build positive relationships with potential clients by addressing questions and concerns, providing excellent customer service.
- Territory Management : Work in assigned areas, ensuring effective coverage of all households in the region.
- Sales Reporting : Maintain records of daily sales activities, customer interactions, and leads generated.
- Target Achievement : Work towards meeting or exceeding set sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable walking for extended periods.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
Job Type :
- Part-Time, flexible hours.
- Commission-based with potential bonuses based on performance.
Compensation :
- Hourly base pay with commission incentives on sales made.
