Our Customer Operations Team is expanding, and we’re seeking a dedicated Fraud Operations Performance Associate II to champion label accuracy and enhance the quality of cases worked. As an integral part of the Quality Assurance team, you will focus on monitoring and improving label accuracy within internal fraud operations teams as well as external vendors, working collaboratively with cross‑functional partners to improve visibility. The responsibilities of this position may also extend to ensuring the overall quality of cases worked, and you will need to dedicate 20% of your time to production to stay current with trends, issues, and workflows.

Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job‑related skills. Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by affirm holdings Inc. parent company.
Base pay range per year : $55,000 – $75,000
