Description
At Kal Tire, we're excited to welcome Commercial Tire Technicians to our Field Service Team in Regina. You'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations and will be trained on commercial tire changeovers and progress to responding to roadside calls.
Kal Tire’s training program will have you moving through 3-month, 6-month & 9-month progressive training where you’ll learn and be fitted with all the necessary tools and equipment to provide excellent service to our customers by performing front shop, off-site fleet and roadside tire assistance.

Responsibilities
- Perform tire removal, installation, and repair services safely for commercial tires. This includes removing wheel assemblies, dismounting tires, inflating, and installing repaired, or, replacement tires, and reinstalling wheel assemblies according to standard operating procedures.
- Conduct diagnostics, evaluate reparability of damage, choose and complete proper repair methods.
- Keen willingness to learn in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Job Requirements
- Ability to excel in an active environment and comfortable lifting 50lbs at shoulder height.
- Strong communication skills with the desire and ability to deliver outstanding customer service experiences.
- A valid drivers licence and a clean drivers abstract
- Safety conscious, wear required PPE and follow safe work protocols.
