The consultant will operate in a hybrid model, with regular on-site presence required. Responsibilities :
- Deliver full lifecycle business analysis services, including requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and stakeholder sign-off.
- Provide project management and change management support as part of integrated delivery.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops in person and virtually with business, technical, and leadership stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain core project and BA deliverables throughout the engagement.
- Support governance and decision-making through clear documentation and executive-ready materials.
- Build strong working relationships and effectively influence stakeholders to achieve alignment and outcomes.
Requirements :
3+ years of experience in senior or lead Business Analyst roles delivering core BA services.Strong ability to gather, analyze, and translate business and non-functional requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.Proven experience applying business process improvement methodologies to analyze problems and design practical solutions.Ability to independently organize and prioritize a high-volume workload in a dynamic environment.Ability to anticipate work and manage both short-term and long-term priorities.Consistent delivery of high-quality, accurate, and well-structured outputs.Ability to identify tasks, negotiate responsibilities, and coordinate work across diverse stakeholder groups.Experience providing direction and guidance to stakeholders without direct authority.Strong listening and comprehension skills.Ability to prepare and present complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.Experience tailoring communication for technical, business, and executive audiences.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships at all organizational levels.Professionalism, discretion, patience, and adaptability in complex or changing situations.Strong facilitation and presentation capabilities.Ability to apply critical thinking to assess issues and develop practical, actionable solutions.Strong service orientation with a demonstrated commitment to meeting stakeholder and business needs.Strong proficiency across the full Microsoft Office Suite.Strong experience using Microsoft Visio for process mapping and documentation.Demonstrated ability to support and manage change across multiple stakeholder groups.If you have the necessary expertise and able to work in Canada, please submit your resume.
