Business Analyst (ID#5250)

This role requires a proactive, self-directed professional with strong relationship-building skills, critical thinking ability, and the confidence to influence and gain alignment on project approaches. The consultant will operate in a hybrid model, with regular on-site presence required. Responsibilities :

• Deliver full lifecycle business analysis services, including requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and stakeholder sign-off.
• Provide project management and change management support as part of integrated delivery.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops in person and virtually with business, technical, and leadership stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain core project and BA deliverables throughout the engagement.
• Support governance and decision-making through clear documentation and executive-ready materials.
• Build strong working relationships and effectively influence stakeholders to achieve alignment and outcomes.
