HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Take a holistic, team approach with clients while working with other therapy partners to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clients with valuable education and strategies to support their functioning at home, empowering them to be active partners in their own rehabilitation.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, techniques, and best practices in occupational therapy to enhance the quality of care provided continually.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You have a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
• You are registered or can be registered in British Columbia as an OT.
• You respect and celebrate diversity, understanding that cultural nuances are vital in each client's journey to success.
• You understand honesty, confidentiality, and integrity are more than words- but ethical pillars.
• You have a collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with other therapists, healthcare professionals, and support staff for comprehensive care.
