Kelly is collaborating with our client in Cambridge to recruit a Transportation Analyst for a temporary 6-month assignment .

The role involves responsibilities such as data entry, managing finances, and verifying proof of deliveries.

Responsibilities :

  • Input and retrieve load data in appropriate systems.
  • Review load information and identify ability to complete.
  • Communicate verbally and through email with appropriate parties, ensuring accurate information is shared according to established protocols and systems.
  • Ensure issues are resolved timely, changes are updated and communicated, and provide ongoing insights and analysis.
  • Access database inputs, and queries.
  • Maintain high involvement ensuring prompt receipt and delivery to and from customers.
  • Ensure all systems, both internal and external, are updated as per established timelines.
  • Complete reporting as required.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 1-2 years of transportation experience is required.
  • Educational background in Supply Chain Management is an asset.
  • Intermediate-Advance proficiency with MS Excel.
  • Strong ability to learn new systems.
  • Ability to quickly react and problem solve in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Must be available to work Tuesday-Saturday 9 : 00am-5 : 30pm .
