We are seeking a mature, reliable, and experienced sales professional to join our front desk team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional client experiences , thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment , has a natural sales ability and understands the importance of follow-through and accountability . Our service providers depend on a strong, competent front desk team; you keep the spa running smoothly so diligence in your role is required.

This is not an entry-level role. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or reception (preferably in a wellness, spa, or fitness setting) is required .

About the Role :

As the first and last point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for both creating a welcoming atmosphere and driving business success through membership sales, service upgrades, and operational excellence . This position demands emotional intelligence , precision , and a strong sense of responsibility .
