Work Hours / Shift : Part-time Hours can range between Monday - Friday 6 : 30am - 5 : 00pm
Changes to this schedule are subject to operational requirements.
NOTE : Hours are reduced during college breaks and April through August. Shift times may vary based on the demands of the college.
Customer Service Representative processing written transaction requests from Monthly Parking, Transient customers and stakeholders.
Provides consistent and professional customer service in assisting internal and external customers with monthly and daily parking requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Arm & Disarm Alarms in Parking office and Information booth.
- Check roadways around the booth for hazards.
- Check Booth to ensure there is no damage and that it is secure.
- Provide friendly and courteous customer service.
- Handle all customer inquiries and complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure stock of maps is adequate, request copies from supervisor when needed.
- Review Emails and prepare guest passes with directions, as required by college.
- Maintain clean work environment.
- Ensure uniform and high visibility vest are clean and always worn.
- Foot Patrol / Driving will be required from time to time.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Some customer service experience is an asset.
- Good written and verbal communication and time management skills.
- Some computer skills required.
- Prefer high school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortable with devices running both Android and Apple Operating Systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid Full G Driver's license required.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
