- Engage customers with our marketing andmunity efforts both directly and through various platforms.
- Build and nurture relationships with retailers, informing them about our services and marketing initiatives.
- Manage all administrative tasks for ourmunity space, including handling inquiries, scheduling, and drafting agreements.
- Support marketingmunications with tenants, including memos and newsletters.
- Take quality photos and videos for digital media.
- Establish connections with localmunity partners.
- Train retailers on our gift card program.
- Promotemunity spaces using our websites and social media.
- Help organize and run marketing events.
- Stay informed about our services, amenities, and activities.
- Help withmunity bookings and event promotions.
- Keep our digital presence accurate and suggest updates.
- Aid in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Carry out additional tasks as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in marketing, business, ormunications.
- 1-2 years of marketing experience.
- Understanding of basic business operations.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Graphic design skills are a plus.
- Excellentmunication abilities.
- Conflict resolution capabilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
