Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a passionate and driven Civil Engineer-in-Training with a background or interest in field and design work involving infrastructure, land development, bridges, and / or roads to join our Kamloops, BC team. As the successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to support the team with the execution of a variety of civil projects.

A Day in the Life

• Support the design of infrastructure projects including bridges, culverts, roads, and large scale civil projects, with opportunities to contribute to land development projects.
• Participate in field engineering during construction for projects ranging from small local works to large-scale infrastructure.
• Assist with project cost estimates, analysis and calculations, design drawings, reports, proposals, and contract documentation.
• Continue to delight our clients with a commitment to providing high‑quality work delivered efficiently, on time, and on budget.
