New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Business Analyst to help our client with an extensive range of enterprise and site-specific healthcare and business applications information systems and technologies that need to be made operational on large facilities projects.
Responsibilities : Analyze business / operational models and workflowsGather and document user requirementsDetermine the way technology solutions can be applied to address user needs.
Understand / determine the current and new intended modes of business operation for the new building / spacesProvide support activities in the areas of : Workflow analysis / documentationSystems evaluations / procurementImplementation planningStakeholder integrationChange ManagementCommunicationsEngagementTrainingRequirements : 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience developing Business Cases.Experience on large complex multi-faceted projects.Construction project experience.Full service clinical informatics experience.
Collaborator / team player experienced working with multiple stakeholders.Seasoned intuitiveness about personal and team productivity.
Ability to turnaround work in quick order and relatively good quality (minimal avoidable rework).Work effectively under time pressure.
Works independently, self-motivated, works without supervisionPrepared to take initiative.Prepared to make long-term commitment.
Flexibility to be re-assigned in response to shifting priorities and needs across Capital Projects.Comfortable working with a variety of technology partners.
