Real Estate Sales Buyer'S Agent

We are seeking a motivated Buyer’s Agent who genuinely enjoys guiding people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. This role is all about creating a smooth, confident, and rewarding home-buying experience from the first conversation to the final closing.

You will work with pre-qualified buyers, schedule and conduct property showings, provide thoughtful market guidance, and support clients through negotiations to help them secure the right home. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, self-driven, and committed to building strong relationships while delivering exceptional service at every step.

• Educate buyers on local market trends, pricing, and neighbourhood insights so they can make confident decisions
• Guide clients through the full home-buying process, including budgeting conversations and understanding mortgage options
• Engage with pre qualified leads to identify needs, preferences, and timelines while nurturing relationships over time
• Schedule and conduct property showings and home tours, offering clear guidance and honest feedback
• Prepare and manage contracts, purchase agreements, and closing documentation with attention to detail
• Work closely with the Century 21 Leading Edge Realty team to continuously upgrade your skills through training, coaching, and collaboration
• Nurture leads using proven systems, follow up strategies, and team support to convert opportunities into successful transactions
• Collaborate with internal team members, lenders, lawyers, and other professionals to ensure a smooth and professional client experience

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
• Valid Canadian driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
• Experience working in a customer service environment, and highly resourceful
• We provide training and lots of support to help you close the deal
• Proven experience using CRM platforms and real estate technology, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
