Are YOU our next Homecare Coordinator? As a Homecare Coordinator, you will support the daily operational workflow to ensure a high level of service, delivering prompt, courteous, and professional support to Health Professionals and clients.

Status : Full time (37.5 hours per week)

Vacancy Type : Existing

Shift : Day Shift, Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 am – 4 : 00 pm

Discipline : House Calls

Work Style : Hybrid

Location : 115 Midair Court, Brampton, ON, L6T 5V1

How YOU Will Make a Difference

• Support the daily operational workflow to ensure a high level of service, delivering prompt, courteous, and professional support to Health Professionals and clients.
• Coordinate house call client bookings, assignments, and schedules.
• Assist with problem-solving and troubleshooting within the House Call department.
• Manage scheduling, including vacation, sick time, and special projects.
• Prepare payroll timesheets and mileage logs; validate daily payment submissions.
• Respond to inquiries from Nursing Homes, Retirement Homes, and clients regarding technical, procedural, and administrative matters, ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and courteously.
• Act as a liaison with the Department Manager for non-routine concerns and escalations.
• Distribute correspondence and updates to Mobile Services Health Professionals.
• Maintain and distribute home care logs for billing and record‑keeping purposes.
• Enter and validate standing orders from nursing homes, retirement homes, and house call patients in iCare; schedule visits, update files, and ensure accuracy of records.

Pay

Pay rate : $19.00 – $21.50 per hour. The hiring pay range has been established; however, the final pay offer will be determined by taking into consideration various factors including but not limited to, level of experience and education requirements.
