Hours of Work : 33.75 hours per week (Full-Time).
Locations : Kenora, Dryden, Red Lake, Fort Frances, Atikokan.
Assignment : Human Resources.
Salary : $69,996 - $93,396 per annum.

Position Summary :
In collaboration with Service Managers and the HR Department, the Training & Communications Coordinator will coordinate, develop, monitor, and implement staff training programs on behalf of the Agency. The Training & Communications Coordinator is also responsible for the development and implementation of the Agency Communication Plan. Duties will also include, but are not limited to, developing and maintaining training platform(s); conducting needs assessments; file maintenance; onboarding and general orientation of staff / students; development of policy & procedures; collaboration with external partners; monitoring social media and managing digital presence to ensure messaging that is consistent with strategic priorities. ThIs position is partially funded by the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund.
