They are looking for a Senior Water Treatment Engineer to join their dynamic and multidisciplinary team. The incumbent will play a strategic role in carrying out the engineering phases of various water treatment projects.

Your responsibilities will include advanced design and supervision of complex projects, as well as project management. You will also have the opportunity to train and mentor junior and intermediate engineers, ensuring the sustainability of expertise through knowledge transfer.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach engineers on projects, ensuring clear objectives and deadlines.
- Review and ensure the quality and compliance of project deliverables.
- Provide technical support to the business development team during key client meetings.
- Participate in the design and optimization of water treatment plants.
- Review calculations and technical documents to ensure compliance with standards.
- Write studies, technical reports and other documents necessary for project monitoring.
- Diagnose problems and implement innovative solutions.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure the smooth running of projects.
- Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits to supervise operations and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Knowledge
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
- Water treatment specialist.

Job Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in chemical, biotechnological, civil, industrial engineering or the equivalent;
- Be a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec;
- Specialization in water treatment;
- Have more than 15 years of experience in engineering and significant experience in management;
- Excellent oral and written communication in French and English;
- Have experience in the mining or industrial sectors.
