This role is for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves being hands‑on, and enjoys wearing multiple hats — from logistics to events to field operations. You’ll be the go‑to bridge between our field and office teams, making sure everything runs like a well‑oiled machine.

🚦 What You’ll Be Doing

• Field Operations : Coordinate daily field activities and make sure staff and equipment get where they need to be — on time.
• Asset Management : Track and transport company tools, assets, and vehicles.
• Staff Transportation : Drive field staff when needed (you’ll basically be the hero of the day).
• Event Coordination : Help set up job fairs, business expos, and company events — yes, you’ll have VIP access to all the action.
• Logistics Support : Keep communication smooth between field and office teams, solving issues before they grow.
• Vehicle Maintenance : Ensure vehicles stay in top shape and ready to roll.
• Documentation : Keep records organized — asset logs, travel logs, event notes.
• Safety Compliance : Make sure operations follow safety standards.
