Home2Suites is the home away from home for the many workers in Fort St John. Designed for longer term stays, the spacious rooms are equipped with a full kitchen, living room, and a work desk.

What will you be doing?

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for delivering an excellent guest and Hilton member experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards : Guest check-ins and check outs in accordance with hotel standards Assign guests to hotel rooms Take reservations via telephone, fax, and other correspondence Verify method of payment Answer guest inquiries regarding rates, packages, and general information Resolve guest concerns Ensure the lobby and work area are clean and free of debris Ensure Home2 Market is fully stocked with fresh coffee and tea Ensure communication between different shifts and departments Oversee and monitor boardroom operations which includes preparation and cleaning Assist other departments wherever necessary What are we looking for?

A Front Desk Agent is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
