Job Title : Extrusion Blow Mold Operator

Job Description

As an Extrusion Blow Mold Operator, you will be responsible for operating blow-mold machines, ensuring the production of high-quality bottles, and conducting audits and quality checks. This role involves working with various machines, adhering to quality control procedures, troubleshooting minor issues, and performing preventive maintenance and mechanical adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold machines including wheels, reciprocating, or shuttle machines.
• Perform audits, weights, and quality checks to ensure the production of quality bottles.
• Adhere to quality control and blow mold process procedures.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on blow-mold and support equipment.
• Make adjustments to meet product specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance, and mechanical changes such as mold, neck, and blow pin adjustments.
• Grind excess bottles and material.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process problems.
• Prepare maintenance request forms and document equipment repairs.
• Prepare and document daily production reports, including rejects, regrinds, and line efficiencies.

Work Environment

Work hours are from 6 : 30 AM to 3 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday. The role involves working with advanced machinery and requires wearing appropriate safety gear. The environment is collaborative, and team-oriented, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $83200.00 / yr.
