Apave Canada has been serving the oil and gas, petroleum and petrochemical, chemical, power generation, pipeline, and potash industries since 1953.
Our Canadian operations currently provide services from Edmonton, Calgary, Cold Lake, Fort McMurray, Lloydminster, Nisku, and Red Deer, Alberta; Regina and Saskatoon, Saskatchewan; and Goderich, Ontario. We also have branches in 22 USA locations, 7 United Kingdom locations, and 5 locations in Australia.

Who you are :
Job Duties
As a Branch Administrator at Apave Canada, you will play a key role in supporting our administrative team by ensuring accurate and timely processing of timesheets and billing activities. Your primary responsibilities will include :
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively. You should be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
This is an in-person position based at our Regina office, Monday to Friday, from 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m., with occasional on-site work required as needed.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Great Health benefits package will be provided after a3-month probationary period.
