- Shifts : 6 : 00am-10 : 00pm Open 7 days a week

Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers through chat, async messaging, and phone channels to provide exceptional support
- Demonstrate empathy and actively listen to customer concerns, prioritizing their satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and customer-centric approach
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure successful product and service delivery
- Identify, replicate, and resolve issues with POS hardware equipment
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance systems and technologies, driving efficiency and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose innovative solutions and improve the overall customer experience
- Share technical knowledge and expertise to influence and persuade others
- Follow best practices and industry standards to deliver high-quality work
Requirements :
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- 1 year of experience in a customer support role or related field
- Tech-savviness with a strong understanding of office automation products, databases, and remote control
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to different hours of operation
- Exceptional customer service experience through multiple channels
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to use multiple tools efficiently
- Adaptability and quick learning ability
