Adecco is currently seeking a dynamic Customer Support Advisor to join our team in St Catharines, ON, for a 6-month Contract role. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our customers through various channels, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.   • Pay rate : $19.23 / hour.
  • Location : Catharines, ON
  • Shifts : 6 : 00am-10 : 00pm | Open 7 days a week
  • Job type : 6-month contract | Full-time

  • Responsibilities :

  • Engage with customers through chat, async messaging, and phone channels to provide exceptional support
  • Demonstrate empathy and actively listen to customer concerns, prioritizing their satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and customer-centric approach
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure successful product and service delivery
  • Identify, replicate, and resolve issues with POS hardware equipment
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance systems and technologies, driving efficiency and innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose innovative solutions and improve the overall customer experience
  • Share technical knowledge and expertise to influence and persuade others
  • Follow best practices and industry standards to deliver high-quality work
  • Requirements :

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • 1 year of experience in a customer support role or related field
  • Tech-savviness with a strong understanding of office automation products, databases, and remote control
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to different hours of operation
  • Exceptional customer service experience through multiple channels
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to use multiple tools efficiently
  • Adaptability and quick learning ability
