Convergint is currently recruiting for a Service Supervisor to join our team in Laval, QC. The Service Supervisor will maximize customer satisfaction by overseeing Service Technicians and managing resources, costs, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction for the delivery and expansion of our service base.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee all elements of service and quoted work orders, including CSP related work, manpower scheduling, material procurement, and cost control. Communicate schedules and activities with customers and continuously improve satisfaction.
- Maintain good customer relations, respond promptly to requests, and review annual satisfaction surveys.
- Provide pricing, quoting, and order processing directly with customers for service work, and monitor all financial aspects.
- Work with the Operations Coordination Team to deliver customer service, scheduling field technicians, approving billings, and reporting in iCare.
- Actively participate in Operations to Service turnover meetings.
- Collaborate with Sales and CSP Coordinator to ensure timely contract renewal processes and pursue new service and system expansion opportunities.
- Communicate service requirements to the team and maintain accurate records for reporting.
- Manage technician recommendation reports identifying opportunities to add value.
- Supervise colleagues, maintain morale and productivity, support hiring, mentoring, coaching, performance management, and budget oversight.
- Promote a safety‑conscious culture, ensure required safety training and compliance, and execute work per regulations.
- Ensure technicians have proper tools, equipment, and maintenance.
- Represent Convergint as the customer’s first choice for service.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve overall operations at the Convergint Technology Center.
- Stay up to date with company policies and present a professional image.
- Perform other duties as requested.
What You’ll Need
