At our Cambridge Facility , we fabricate and assemble components for heavy truck, defense, and off-road equipment companies. We feature fitting and welding, metal forming, saw cutting, painting, assembly department, and manufacture everything from small components to large structures, sheet metal to heavy plate.

Job Summary

The Red Seal Certified Millwright is responsible for assembling, installing, aligning, and maintaining machinery and equipment. This role involves reading blueprints and technical diagrams, using precision tools for alignment and measurement, and performing troubleshooting and repairs to ensure optimal machinery performance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings with no supervision.
• Perform maintenance to buildings and equipment as required.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment as assigned.
• Must be able to operate all machine shop equipment efficiently.
• Must complete, record, document, and maintain all associated records pertaining to the job function.
• Requires working to close tolerance.
• Trouble shoot and repair in an effective and timely manner.
• Must be able to work independently or in a team environment.
• Instruct and assist helpers performing related job functions.
• Maintain an organized and safe working area.
• Abide by the Occupational Health & Safety Act; Company Health & Safety Policies and Procedures.
• All duties to be performed to company standards, both proficiently and efficiently with little or no supervision.
