Extensive experience working in the oil and gas industry.Negotiate, draft, analyze, and interpret a wide variety of agreements such as joint venture agreements, operating agreements, land use agreements, gathering and processing agreements, and other commercial agreements.
Advise on issues, and review, negotiate and draft various service arrangements and commercial contracts, including EPC agreements and other construction related agreements.
Experience with LNG agreements, marketing, shipping, LNG sale and purchase agreements (MSPA / CNs and long-term SPAs) and service agreements related to LNG project development is an asset.
Admitted and in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta or British Columbia.What We Offer Employees Remote work environment.
