The Role
Our Human Resources Department is seeking a Full-time Temporary Administrative Assistant for the period of Absence August 12, 2024 - October 31, 2024.
Working 15-35 hours per week, hours of work are between 8 : 30-4 : 30 Monday - Friday as scheduled.
The position reports to the Manager, Human Resources and is the first point of contact for the HR office addressing general questions for walk-in traffic, as well via email and telephonically.
The main function of this role is to provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources Department. This position deals with administrative office tasks including;
walk in traffic, phone calls and addressing questions, scheduling meetings, HRIS database updates, records maintenance, report administration, recruitment administration, administrative support / assistance, and support on variety of projects.
This position will require an understanding of discretion and professionalism, while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
The hourly rate for this position will be $25 / hr.
