As an Industrial Electrician Apprentice, you’ll work alongside seasoned professionals in a modern, high-volume manufacturing environment developing your skills, growing your expertise, and laying the foundation for a rewarding electrical career in a global industry leader.

• The hourly pay rate for this position is
• $25.92.
• What you will be doing :
• Work under licensed electricians to install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems and equipment.
• Support conduit and wiring installations, troubleshooting, and equipment testing to keep production running smoothly.
• Develop the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints to execute tasks with precision.
• Assist in preventive maintenance, equipment upgrades, and root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
• Follow all safety protocols and participate in training to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
• Take part in structured classroom sessions and on-the-job training, preparing for your Industrial Electrician certification.
• What you bring :
• High school diploma and a 2-year College Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Technician Diploma.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, strong math skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work in industrial environments—including heights and confined spaces—with appropriate training.
• Willingness to learn, follow direction, and adapt to new technologies.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Class G Driver’s License and ability to pass required in-house and final apprenticeship exams.
