Position

This highly strategic role is essential to supporting the growth and innovation of our products. The Data Platform Team Lead is responsible for the technical direction, evolution, and operational excellence of our cloud-native data platform.

Technical Leadership and Platform Development :

• Ensure the sustainability, performance, scalability, and security of the data platform architecture.
• Maintain in-depth expertise in the platform ecosystem, including Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake), and recommend the technological developments necessary to meet the company's needs.
• Ensure compliance with the service level agreements (SLAs) defined for the data platform, particularly in terms of availability, latency, and reliability of critical data flows.
• Define and maintain technical standards (code quality, testing, documentation) and ensure effective continuous integration and deployment (CI / CD) processes in collaboration with the Croesus Platform team.
