About the Opportunity

• Lead business reviews and provide insight to senior management on performance drivers, profitability impact and future planning recommendations
• Prepare presentations and gain alignment from senior management on strategic initiatives, as it relates to growing transactions and footprint across the country
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, primarily Marketing, to determine overall direction of full year promotional calendar, innovation pipeline and other ad-hoc projects that drive top line results
• Gain insight into sales drivers, thus enabling better business decisions and recommendations for future growth
• Evaluate the competitive landscape in the QSR industry and apply it, primarily around consumer behaviour, e-commerce and promotional offers
• Provide insight on the performance planning process with a short-term and long-term lens while exhibiting a growth mindset
• Perform in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude when working under pressure

About You?

• CPA / MBA, In Progress
• 4-5 years proven financial planning experience, with 3-years as an SFA
• Enthusiastic learner with the ability to thrive in a changing work environment
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written with sound business acumen

Salary ?

$100,000 to $106,000 / year
